On August 31st, approximately 30 seniors remembered the life of Princess Diana on the anniversary of her death by having afternoon tea. At Spring Hills Cherry Hill Assisted Living, each resident wore a tiara so that she could channel her inner Princess Diana while enjoying high tea, tea sandwiches and scones. The residents were encouraged to converse about the princess’s life after watching a documentary on her life and reading a TIME Magazine article about her accomplishments. The room was decorated with pictures of Princess Diana, flower centerpieces and lace tablecloths.
