The first time that Arthur Seltzer saw the biography created about his time in WWII was on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Spring Hills Cherry Hill Assisted Living. Seltzer, now a resident at Spring Hills, was an Army Communications Specialist with the Fourth Battalion when he landed on Omaha Beach on D-Day, walked his way through France, fought in the Battle of the Bulge and liberated Dachau Concentration Camp.
