COVID-19 Vaccine Preparation

CVS is our preferred partner for COVID-19 vaccinations. The pharmacy teams will administer COVID-19 vaccinations through their on-site clinic model, making it easy and convenient for our residents and associates to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

• All communities are signed up to receive the vaccination from our distribution partner. 
• A preliminary letter was sent to explain the vaccine to residents, associates and families. 
• All communities have documented consent from residents and associates who wish to receive the vaccine. 
• We are prepared to monitor and maintain documentation of those who receive the vaccine.
