The people who live in and around Hunter’s Creek benefited from a free presentation titled “What Happens After the Paychecks Stop?” on Monday, November 14. The presentation, held at Spring Hills Hunter’s Creek Assisted Living, located at 3800 Town Center Blvd. in Orlando, helped people learn about income during retirement.
Spring Hills Hunter’s Creek Assisted Living were eager to host this important presentation. “We love being a part of the Hunter’s Creek community and are happy to offer this free opportunity for people to prepare for their futures,” said Karen Decker, Spring Hills Hunter’s Creek Assisted Living Executive Director.
Kristina M. Buhl, AAMS, an Edward Jones financial advisor led the presentation. She began her career with Edward Jones in 2005 and her 11 years of experience brings the Hunter’s Creek community important wisdom. “I’m excited to help others create a retirement savings strategy. I think it’s important for everyone to have many options when you retire, regardless of what you decide to do,” she said.
Buhl covered many topics during this 50-minute presentation, including how outlive retirement savings, potential sources of retirement income, potential risks to retirement income, how to budget for retirement expenses and more.
