A trusted name in senior living, Spring Hills began with a mission to provide an elegant, high-quality care environment for seniors and those with chronic conditions. Recognizing a growing need for service and hospitality, we redefined what health care should look like through innovations in provider continuity, cohesive medical record systems, and timely access to medical care. We believe that Caring with a Commitment to Quality™ should be at the core of every health care decision.
Committed to maintaining health, comfort and independence, we focus on meeting every individual’s current and future needs, while never losing sight of the details that matter most: your well-being. As your health needs change, we will be with you every step of the way.
Connecting To What Matters
Our healthcare continuum of care caters to individual needs with a proactive, holistic approach, ensuring that wherever your path may lead, personalized support will be ready when you need it, every step along the way. Life is what you make it, and we are here to help make it wonderful.
A History of Forward-Thinking
Our story began in 1999 when Founder and President/CEO Alexander C. Markowits had the vision to transform a skilled nursing facility into an Assisted Living Community unlike any other: a luxurious setting for those in need of a safe environment that allowed individuals to continue an independent lifestyle. Taking the time to improve operations, services and care resulted in a combination of 28 (and growing) successful home care services, assisted living, post-acute care and memory care communities across the country.
Committed to maintaining health, comfort, and independence, we focus on meeting every individual’s current and future needs, while never losing sight of the details that matter most: your well-being. As your health needs change, we will be with you every step of the way.
After spending an afternoon with Dad, Dale said to me, “My Mom is missing out on these things.” Dale’s Mom lives with his sister. She takes great care of her but its different when someone else manages an elders care. The different fun things planned are so beneficial for elder care. It’s not just about fun. There are skills that are reinforced to keep their minds going. With the exception of a few issues Dad has, his health is much better than it was 2 years ago. Thanks to all the members of the Spring Hills team and what they do to make Dad’s life better. – Jean
