In our industry, working with older individuals who have health concerns and chronic diseases, loss is something our associates, residents, clients, patients and the families we work with are up against daily.

Loss due to an unnecessary, violent act is unimaginable. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who lost a loved one or child and those who are dealing with the aftermath of the trauma caused by the Uvalde, Texas, Elementary School shooting.

my mother is there now. Not sure if she will survive the lack of care provided here. Very difficult to get anyone to help with anything for example not being washed or dressed till after 2pm and only then because family member asked several times for this to be done. My mother unfortunately is in diapers no one checks to see if you need to be changed even when they know you have issues. The food is not fit to eat. Everyone who works there should try it. They would put it right n the garbage. If ;you need help eating or drinking you will be eating cold food and they don't help you with drinking even if you can't hold a cup. Some of the employees who work here should not be working with people. They are very nasty ,rude and avoid patient contact like the plague. Everyone disappears for hours you can never find anyone to help when you complain it is just in one ear and out the other how they ever pass inspections and quality reviews I don't know.So to echo a few don't go there or send anyone there that you know if you can avoid it. If you have to send someone there be prepared to hire a nurse or you will be there 24/7 to make sure your family member is cared for at all. If I could give minus stars I would.

We were visiting my husband’s brother who has been here for 6 months. I have to say for a rehabilitation and long term facility it was updated and clean. There was no odor, the staff was friendly and helpful. He has no complaints, other than the food being bland, but thats to be expected for the facility to be compliant with all different dietary needs.

My mother had to wait 2.5 hours to be changed last night. She called for help at 5:10pm, and no one came until 7:38pm. I only know because she called me at 7pm to complain that no one came after almost two hours. I immediately got on the phone to the facility and had to wait to get through to someone. She wasn't changed until over two and a half hours after she called for help. When the CNA arrived, it was the same person who said she'd "be right back" thirty minutes after my mom first called at 5:10, so the CNA knew my mom was in a soiled diaper for at least two hours, and the person who first took my mom's call knew for 2.5 hours. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff is very dedicated and work tirelessly. Always friendly and caring despite the challenges they face daily. As with many medical facilities, staffing shortage is perhaps the biggest challenge. A great opportunity for job seekers!

It was a wonderful experience!!! My husband gained back his life thanks to the great work of PT and OT and the wonderful staff who were always pleasant, concerned and caring. I would highly recommend Spring Hill to anyone looking for a place to rehabilitate. Don’t consider any other center. This is one of the best! Food was very good. Nursing was exceptional. Overall I would give this center an A-plus. I am so grateful for everything they did to get him back on his feet.

I'm really having a hard time with this place. I get it all nursing facilities are short-staffed that people just coming through here don't care about their jobs at all. And it really takes away from those who are doing a very good job. My mother is in here and I haven't had a good night sleep yet. And I'm always there trying to make sure she's okay. The staff is doing what they can they really need the screen the people that they bring in on temporary basis because those people really don't care and then there's some that's there on a permanent basis who need employment Readjustment. So after calling the police and have them come up there because there were some very rude people on the clock so far everything is okay yeah I just got a phone call that something wasn't okay so you got people coming in who don't want to do that work they slim trays down on the residence little tables where they can't reach it my mom has called me several times because she couldn't reach her food and no one would answer the buzzer. The list can go on and on bottom line is the facility is pretty I can say that is very pretty but yeah they need to re-evaluate who they allowed to work there. Point Blank end of the story
