Our associates understand that being attentive to an individuals likes and dislikes is important for their happiness, and happiness is key to the health of body, mind and spirit. This is the essence of Signature Touches, our holistic approach to living. Our clinicians know that the more they engage patients face-to-face, the more that patient feels cared for and accountable to following their recovery plan. “Springhill provided exceptional care to my family member. They were easy to work with and showed me love and compassion every time I came to visit. In a time when healthcare facilities and their staffs are under more stress, I can’t state how much of a positive vibe I got from this facility”

This place is so amazing under new management!!! They are all very accommodating, loving, compassionate and understanding! I would like to commend Rowena Regala Aurellado the Occupational Therapists for my Mom. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Due to covid19 our Dad passed away . My Mom and rest of family is devasted for the big loss but Rowena made sure my Mom’s well being is in check for just being there for her. She even helped us arrange the repair of her broken power wheelchair. My Mom felt like she had a family around her since no visitors are allowed inside. The Doctors, Nurses andthe rest of the team are giving superb care for my Mom. You all are truly HEROES!!! I can’t thank you all enough!!! I highly recommend this amazing place♥️♥️♥️

I have seen a fair share of sub acute facilities in Philadelphia and New Jersey and this one is deceitful. It was pleasantly situated in a nice area but for last couple years, it is easy to understand why CMS (The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services - federal rating) gives this place a 1 star rating.Food is terrible, there are no staff, smokers and everyone looks unhappy.I believe they have changes hands quite a few times now -- places like this just don't change when their is new ownership. Better off knocking it down and opening a Starbucks.

Wow....My mom has been here a year now. I'm learning that the standards for elder care are grim regardless of where they are. This weekend there has been only ONE aid for an entire floor. The food is horrific and the service is worse. We were promised better care with the new owners but it actually may be a little worse. Not the fault of the aides or nurses...they are overworked and short staffed.

Heartbreaking and infuriating. Yes, New Management, I'd like to have a conversation, but more importantly, my family and I would like to see immediate ACTION that corrects persistent problems in a sustainable way. There are some lovely caregivers and aides on premises, but not enough. No bedridden individual should be left 15+ hours without attention. Ever. And what good is your Resident, Family and Associate Concern Line when no one returns the call? The automated system looped me around a couple times to a staff directory and then finally landed me in a voice mail. No one returned the call. Not good.

There are a few aides who genuinely seem to care but most of them are mentally checked-out and will do the bare minimum - and sometimes less. The patients are kept in a room where they are supposedly supervised but in reality, an aide is rarely in the room. My grandfather was left in this room wearing nothing but a diaper and food-stained shirt. Despite being a known a fall risk, he is often left in the middle of the room where he might stand and try to walk. The wheels on his chair are so badly torn up that the breaks don't hold it in place. He badly scratched and cut his arm where the wheelchair arm rest used to be but the wounds were not noticed or treated by staff.

This establishment should be ashamed of the way they treat their patients. We recently had a loved one in rehab and she was tortured by staff. They overdosed her on meds, stole her belongings, threatened her and then manipulated her into staying stating that it was her decision. I can not warn you enough about this place and stress the abuse they put about their patients. When approached about the mistreatment, they stated to call whomever we wanted about it as it wouldn't go any further. I warn anyone looking for care that the CNA's are outright nasty and do NOT CARE. Please don't let a loved one be left at this poor excuse for a rehab.

Went to visit my mom due to unfortunate situations I haven't been able to see her for about two and a half weeks. She smelled like urine. I was told they have new owners now. She looked very frail and lost a lot of weight since the last time I seen her. I plan to go visit the new owner and everyone involved tomorrow. Don't send your loved ones there unless you must.

As an EMT, I have seen worse nursing facilities. The third floor staff (memory unit) is one of their better features in that the staff is more attentive there.
