“I would like commend a few staff at the rehab for their exceptional attention toward Joe’s needs and for making my family very confident in the care he has received. Raymond, Jason, Jessica, Nikki, Penny and more….. Joe needed this level of attention he got at Spring Hills and it will certainly carry over to his discharge home. Maddie and Madison were exceptional as well. Please have faith that there are caring people in this world. I was nervous about this process in the beginning, but have complete faith in Spring Hills Post Acute Care in Hamilton. They get it done.”

Awful. You can ring that stupid bell until you're almost dead. No one comes. Better have your loved ones bring you everything because you won't even get a glass of water.

Care was amazing and the staff work so great together! My aunt felt so much better while in the rehab and her success at home is truly a testament of what this rehab did for her. I did not personally meet any of the staff, but my aunt who is known to have a strong personality (her words not mine) , she couldn't say enough positive.I thank you, because she thanks you.

My husband was here on two occasions they stole my husband's new clothes I reported it they never replaced it they were not treating my husband's wound as order by Dr I felt he got poor care some of the staff was horrible, even some of the nurses I must say their physical therapy dept was good, they need to hire more people and get them out of bed, never seen anyone wash their hands...one unit was better than the other, this place could have good potential if ran professionally I would not recommend this place, the lady at the front door was always pleasant and helpful

Had a family member here awhile ago. She was giving up hope and the staff kept her smiling. Therapy was good. She can be difficult, but the structured environment and routine made a miraculous turn and she continues to do fine. She told us that she finally met her own heros. We thank you.

Beautiful place, but poor service. Don't have enough nurses and aids to take care of the patients. It's so sad, because the place and people are so nice.

A terrible experience for my mother from the first day to the last: 10 days in total (after a five-day hospitalization). The place looks nice, but that is meaningless if your loved one isn't being treated with dignity.I was there each day and I had issues from not dressing her to not cleaning to misplacing items to poor communication to outright negligence. Most of the time the nurses were sitting at their station typing into the computer; no effective communication with me even though I always greeted them as I entered.Sure, when I raised issues, attention was provided, but what about those that don't have someone able to be their advocate? On discharge day (arranged by the on-site social worker the previous day and communicated to me twice), I got there in advance of the transport to find my mother not dressed and no one among the nursing or aid staffs knowing she was being discharged. If you have a loved one there, you must be very vigilant or there will be neglect.Better, don't go there at all!

I share Melinda's review. The management of this facility is singularly focused on finances, and patients are merely a means to the financial end. Patients cry out for help, but the staff is so limited they simply cannot get to these people. Eventually you can see the defeat in the staff, and their attitudes become awful. They complain in front of patients, behave in an exasperated way, and quickly tell you how terrible it is to work there. Our mom was there for several weeks, and we were all STUNNED by the turnover in CNA and nursing. The PT staff is great, and many of the individuals care. But, they are hampered by the management. I could go on & on about how awful it was for our mom & for us, but let me say this for expediency: PLEASE, if you MUST place your loved one there, make sure to stay with them & be prepared to care for them yourself.

Wasn't there long enough to give a good or bad review. My aunt is in there for the second time , the first time was HORRIBLE, I understand it is under new management and my aunt says the food is good so I guess that's a plus. I will say that they have the heat up a bit high .

Terrible rehab center. Not enough staff to properly care for elderly patients and administration is nowhere to be found. The “look” of the facility is nice but care for patients is unacceptable. Patients not bathed regularly and left to sit in soiled undergarments. Reports must be made to the state, to protect patients here.

I arrived at the Atrium Post Acute Care because I was required to have a month of IV antibiotics after developing an infection in an open wound on my foot. This was the second time I required this treatment. I must say the place is beautiful and the food was excellent. I received physical therapy during both stays and give the Physical Therapists an A+++. Not only did they arrange for me to receive proper footwear but I was taught the easiest and safest way to get around. The exercise routines were meant to strengthen and did just that. There were activities each day and they helped us meet others and have fun and a good laugh or two. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great experience here in ER. The nurses are very kind and have great senses of humor. The CT tech was also amazing. The nurse who wheeled me around was great to talk to. Everyone explained what was going on and got me in-n-out rather quickly.
