LANEY HALL, A LEADER IN EXCELLENCE IN MIDDLETOWN, OH
Middletown, OH (November 16, 2022) – The Spring Hills’ Leader in Excellence spotlight program recognizes associates who demonstrate commitment and excellence in their roll in one of the Spring Hills’s Senior Living Communities in FL, OH, VA, NJ, TX, or NV. Today, Spring Hills is proud to spotlight Laney Hall, a cook at Spring Hills Middletown as their newest Leader in Excellence in Middletown, OH. Since starting with Spring Hills in July of 2020, right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Laney has shown leadership among co-workers and compassion for the seniors she serves.
Laney has been instrumental in supporting the turnaround of Spring Hills Middletown back into the thriving community it was pre-pandemic. Laney started as a dining captain and recently started training as the community’s morning cook. Over the past two years, Laney has shown dedication, loyalty, and drive.
Debby Kirchner, Executive Director at Spring Hills Middletown said, “Laney has done an amazing job with this transition. The residents are very complimentary of her cooking.”

Laney is a self-proclaimed “neat freak”. She is detailed oriented in the kitchen, ensuring her workspace and surroundings are clean as she cooks and throughout every stage in the cooking process. In addition to training as the morning cook, Laney specializes in making desserts. Debby says, “She makes some of the best treats you will ever try.”
With the help of leaders like Laney, Spring Hills Middletown has been well over 95% occupied and has been 100% occupied for the last several months, even after opening a new wing! Debby contributes the success of her community to loving what she does for her residents and families. She especially loves her associates, which makes Spring Hills Middletown the perfect place to live and grow.
